This one-shot is apparently the prototype for Non Non Biyori (MAL, Dex). It’s included at the end of Koakuma Meringue (MAL, Dex).
The title is the onomatopoeia of waddling, or like a little kid walking, hence the graphic on the title page. The full title on the next page is full of puns using “toko”, with each toko in large text, which is why I left both titles there and put the English translation of the title on the other side.
